Beginners Course April 2024
Our next beginners course will be on Thursday 11th April starting at 19:00 and is 10 sessions every Thursday

The course will be lead by our fully qualified Coaches in Running Fitness. There will also be other club members present to help and support you along the way.
You will be shown how to warm up properly, strength and conditioning exercises and correct post run stretches. The course will begin gently with intervals of walking and running which will increase safely each week so that you are running more and walking less as the weeks progress! You will also be given a schedule so that you can complete additional sessions in your own time.
